📋 Description

• Design, develop, test, implement, and integrate Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems and solutions • Protect information resources against unauthorized use, inappropriate access, disclosure, damage, and loss • Identify, analyze, and resolve system design weaknesses • Guide team members in troubleshooting Identity, Access, and Directory Service problems • Respond to applicable system and security breaches • Enable appropriate security controls to protect organizational data and infrastructure • Guide vulnerability testing and identification across networks and systems • Report and communicate with relevant organizational departments • Evaluate security needs and establish best practices and standards • Design, implement, maintain, oversee, and upgrade security measures protecting data, systems, and networks • Oversee breach response when applicable • Troubleshoot security issues and incidents • Conduct or guide testing and scans to identify vulnerabilities in assigned systems

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • Minimum Required Experience: 4 Years • Strong experience with Windows, Unix and Linux servers • Experience with IAM design, architecture, implementation and maintenance • Hands-on advanced knowledge of Active Directory, LDAP, Azure/Entra • Working knowledge of Delinea/Thycotic Suite, Okta, and Certificate Authority (KeyFactor preferred) • Working knowledge preferred for managing cloud technologies like GCP, AWS, OCI • Familiarity with SSO, MFA, Resource Provisioning, RBAC, Access Request and Certification • Knowledge of authentication, federation, and identity management technologies including OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML, SCIM, U2F/UAF/FIDO2, HOTP, TOTP • In-depth knowledge of HTTP(S), TCP/IP, SSL/TLS, cryptographic protocols and certificate services • Familiarity with REST, SOAP, JSON, and XML web service APIs, protocols and standards • Experience with PowerShell • Understanding of business processes, internal control risk management, IT controls and related standards • Understanding of complex business and information technology management processes • Ability to manage project scope, schedule, status and documentation • Ability to mentor, train, and assist Associate IAM Engineers
