📋 Description

• Perform hands-on enterprise-level J2EE web application development and support • Develop and support applications using React JS, Spring, Spring Boot, and cloud technologies • Troubleshoot and debug application issues • Monitor production data and analyze errors • Correspond with clients electronically and by phone • Conduct deep-dive investigations into failures and other issues • Lead the team and mentor junior team members • Manage offshore production monitoring • Maintain ownership of issues through resolution and coordinate other teams as needed • Set customer expectations • Provide sizing and scalability recommendations • Resolve connectivity and deployment issues • Work within Kanban and ticket-based production support models

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 10+ years production monitoring experience within Java Web/Enterprise projects • Hands on enterprise level J2EE based web application development and support • Hands on experience in React JS, Spring / Spring Boot / Cloud technologies • Experience on Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF) environment • Experience in troubleshooting and debugging skills • Experience in support role with B2B functions, production monitoring, error analysis, client correspondence, and issue investigation • Ability to lead team • Experience in offshore production monitoring management model • Good presentation skills • Excellent communication skills • Experience in Kanban and ticket based model • Experience with Java EE and Maven • Strong experience troubleshooting JavaScript object model • Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles • Experience with React.js workflows such as Flux or Redux • Experience with Spring frameworks and open source libraries • Experience with Spring Security and SSO solutions • Experience with SOA and Web Services (REST/SOAP) • Experience with database applications such as Oracle, MySQL and ORM tools • Experience providing sizing and scalability recommendations and solving connectivity and deployment issues
