📋 Description

• Perform hands-on enterprise-level J2EE web application development and support • Develop Java backend solutions and integrate different backend systems • Work with clients, architects, and frontend developers to define backend-system integrations • Determine implementation details and realize integration solutions • Support development in Spring, Spring Boot, and cloud technologies • Work within Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF) environments • Participate in continuous integration and continuous development processes • Deploy applications to enterprise application servers • Provide sizing and scalability recommendations • Resolve connectivity and deployment issues • Contribute within onshore and offshore development management models

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 8+ years development experience within Java Web/Enterprise projects • Java 1.8, Spring Boot, Microservices, React/Angular JS • Experience developing cloud-based applications • Experience with enterprise-level J2EE web application development and support • Hands-on experience with Spring, Spring Boot, and cloud technologies • Hands-on experience in Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF) • Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Development (CI/CD) processes • Experience migrating SOAP-based web services to REST services • Understanding of design patterns • Experience with Java EE and Maven • Experience with application servers such as Jetty, Tomcat, JBoss, and WebLogic • Experience with Spring frameworks and open-source libraries • Experience with Spring Security and SSO solutions • Experience with REST/SOAP web services • Experience with Oracle, MySQL, DB2, SQL, JDBC, and ORM tools • Experience providing sizing and scalability recommendations and resolving connectivity and deployment issues • Experience deploying to application servers in enterprise environments • Experience using Agile development methodologies • Excellent communication skills • Experience with onshore and offshore development management models • Experience with Agile and Waterfall project development methodologies
