📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM configuration deployment across DEV, TEST, STAGE, and PROD • Manage and administer Oracle Cloud Infrastructure resources, including compute, networking, storage, and identity and access management • Establish and maintain configuration baselines in accordance with NIST SP 800-128 • Orchestrate Oracle quarterly update deployments, coordinate with functional and test teams, validate impacts, conduct regression testing, and manage rollbacks • Implement disaster recovery and business continuity capabilities, including automated failover, backup/restore, and DR testing • Monitor platform performance, availability, and capacity; establish alerting thresholds and automated remediation workflows • Implement infrastructure-as-code practices using Terraform • Enforce FIPS 140-3 encryption standards and coordinate key management and certificate lifecycle management • Manage environment refresh cycles, data masking, and sandbox provisioning • Develop and maintain operational runbooks, architecture diagrams, deployment procedures, and ATO documentation • Participate in SAFe Agile ceremonies and sprint planning • Serve as a technical authority, set functional-area strategy, establish standards and best practices, and provide technical oversight across workstreams or Agile Release Trains • Lead and mentor technical and functional professionals, drive innovation, influence cross-functional decisions, and represent the technical perspective to senior program leadership

🎯 Requirements

• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance • US Citizenship required • Bachelor's degree and 10 years of relevant experience; additional experience may be substituted for degree • 10+ years of professional experience in cloud platform engineering, DevOps engineering, or systems administration for enterprise cloud environments • 8+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), AWS GovCloud, Azure Government, or equivalent FedRAMP-authorized cloud platforms • Strong proficiency with CI/CD pipeline tools including Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, or equivalent • Experience automating build, test, and deployment workflows • Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools, particularly Terraform • Proficiency in Python and/or Bash scripting • Understanding of FIPS 140-3, NIST 800-53, and FedRAMP Moderate+ control baselines • Experience with configuration baselining, change control, and release management in multi-environment enterprise deployments • Desired: 11+ years of cloud platform or DevOps engineering experience, including at least one large-scale Oracle Cloud (OCI) or Oracle SaaS deployment • Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Architect Associate/Professional or Oracle Cloud Operations Associate certification • Experience managing Oracle Fusion Cloud SaaS environments • Familiarity with NIST SP 800-128 configuration management standards and federal CM/change control board processes • Experience implementing DR/BC solutions for federal cloud systems • Knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and microservices architectures • Experience with federal ATO processes and infrastructure evidence artifacts (SSP, POA&M, configuration scans) • Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and/or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) in enterprise HCM or ERP environments
