📋 Description

• Serve as the SME for Defined Benefits administration and LWConnect functionality • Partner with Client and CSM on systemic changes, enhancements, requirements, and issue resolution • Coordinate work with OTS and other technology teams to ensure successful delivery of system changes • Translate Defined Benefits plan provisions and business requirements into functional and technical requirements • Support pension administration processes including benefit calculations, eligibility, participant data, and plan rules • Lead requirements gathering, impact analysis, system enhancements, testing, and UAT • Analyze complex system and data issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend solutions • Guide Business Analysts and SMEs through project activities and deliverables • Develop process flows, requirements, user documentation, and training materials • Act as a liaison between business, operations, client, and technology teams • Communicate complex technical information clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience with Defined Benefits pension administration • Experience supporting pension/benefits administration systems • Strong Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Technical Analyst experience • Knowledge of Defined Benefits plan provisions, benefit calculations, eligibility, and participant data • Experience with requirements gathering, system changes, testing, and UAT • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis • Experience working across business and technical teams • Ability to work independently and lead complex assignments • LWConnect experience strongly preferred • Previous experience serving as a Technical Lead or Defined Benefits SME preferred • Experience coordinating technology work with OTS or similar technical delivery teams preferred • Experience with Tableau or other data visualization/reporting tools preferred • College or university degree or equivalent relevant experience preferred • For US applicants, providing vaccination status is a requirement of employment where legally permissible
