📋 Description

• Lead the architecture, design, and development of scalable provider-facing digital products and enterprise healthcare platforms • Drive end-to-end software delivery across the full technology stack • Design and implement scalable microservices and distributed-systems architectures • Modernize legacy applications into cloud-based, service-oriented platforms • Translate complex business requirements into innovative and scalable technical solutions with Product Management, Business, Architecture, Security, and Operations teams • Provide technical leadership for strategic initiatives, architectural decisions, technology selection, engineering standards, and delivery execution • Design and develop secure, highly available, high-performance application architectures • Ensure reliability, observability, maintainability, and compliance requirements are met • Drive engineering excellence through code reviews, design reviews, mentoring, and best-practice adoption • Implement and optimize cloud-native infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, and DevSecOps practices • Enable automated deployment, monitoring, and operational efficiency • Leverage Redis, Kafka, SNS/SQS, relational databases, and NoSQL databases for performance, scalability, and real-time processing • Champion emerging technologies and AI-driven engineering practices, including GenAI-powered development tools and automation frameworks

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of software engineering experience delivering enterprise-scale, full-stack applications • 5+ years of experience with Java, Spring Boot, Node.js, Python, or microservices design and development • 5+ years of experience with React or TypeScript-based frameworks • 3+ years of experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, and DevSecOps practices • Experience with Jenkins, GitHub, and infrastructure-as-code for automated deployments • 3+ years of experience with a public cloud platform such as AWS, GCP, and/or Azure • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • Alternatively, high school diploma plus 4 years of relevant experience • Experience with REST, GraphQL, and microservices-based API integration and design • Experience designing scalable distributed systems and modernizing legacy applications into cloud-native services • Experience with Redis or ElastiCache caching technologies • Experience leading complex technical initiatives and cross-functional collaboration • Experience using GenAI technologies, tools, and frameworks in the SDLC • Experience mentoring engineers, conducting design and code reviews, and driving engineering best practices • Strong proficiency in relational and NoSQL database design and data management, including MySQL, PostgreSQL, Cassandra, or MongoDB • Hands-on experience with event-driven architecture and messaging systems such as Kafka, SNS, and SQS
