📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain full-stack software solutions based on internal and/or client requirements • Integrate LLMs and AI features into web applications, including prompt engineering, performance optimization, and API cost tuning • Evaluate new development tools, frameworks, vendors, and AI technologies to improve the SDLC and product offerings • Perform code reviews and architectural assessments for performance, security, and maintainability • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements • Define scope, evaluate risk, and set project goals • Design, implement, and support software components at InfoReady • Apply software development lifecycle best practices to deliver software on time and within budget

🎯 Requirements

• Only GC and US Citizens, please • Minimum of 5 years of full-stack software development experience • Strong foundation in object-oriented programming with Java/Java EE and RESTful web services • Strong foundation in modern frontend JavaScript frameworks and responsive web technologies • Practical experience integrating AI/LLM APIs into production applications • Experience with Java, Maven, MySQL, indexing engines (e.g. Solr), Hibernate, EJB, JavaScript, Backbone.js, Python, HTML, CSS, Coding Agents, RESTful web services, and microservices • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a team • Proven ability to accomplish large, complex, open-ended or loosely defined initiatives • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate ideas effectively • Understanding of SaaS architecture and Agile software development methodology • EdTech software experience is a plus
