📋 Description

• Build new features in the CRM using Next.js • Build automations in the workflow automation platform using FastAPI and Inngest • Partner with teams to understand workflows and build solutions to automate and improve them • Develop agentic solutions for enrichment, task automation, and related use cases • Contribute ideas that shape internal products • Own features from planning and implementation through monitoring and refinement • Work across the entire stack to support sales, marketing, onboarding, and support processes

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in web development • Expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript • Deep experience in modern SPA frameworks such as React, Next.js (preferred), or Vue.js • Experience with orchestration tools such as Inngest, Temporal, Prefect, Airflow, etc. • Comfortable using and managing agentic coding tools like Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, etc. for feature development and code review • Comfortable with ambiguity, fast iteration, and taking ownership of outcomes • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Ability to work directly with non-technical stakeholders • Strong product and design sense • Experience working in a startup environment (bonus) • Experience with GTM processes like enrichment and lead distribution (bonus) • Must answer required application questions and submit a resume and LinkedIn profile • Must indicate whether sponsorship for employment visa status in the United States is required now or in the future
