📋 Description

• Design and implement secure, scalable solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power BI • Translate federal business and mission requirements into technical solution designs, data models, and architecture artifacts • Support integrations with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Azure services, and external systems using APIs and connectors • Develop and review technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and design deliverables for federal programs • Provide technical guidance and oversight to developers • Participate in hands-on development, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting • Support Dev/Test/Prod environment strategy, solution packaging, and structured deployments • Implement role-based security, data access controls, and data loss prevention policies • Ensure alignment with federal security, compliance, and governance requirements including NIST, FISMA, and agency standards • Support Agile delivery activities including sprint planning, backlog refinement, demos, and stakeholder reviews • Collaborate with program managers, business analysts, and government stakeholders to prioritize enhancements and manage technical risks

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7 years of overall IT or application development experience • 2–4 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse) • Experience supporting federal government programs or federal systems integrators • Strong experience with Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), Power Automate (cloud flows), Dataverse data modeling and security, and Power BI • Experience integrating Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, Azure services, and REST APIs • Familiarity with JavaScript, SQL, or C# for advanced customization and integrations • Understanding of low-code application architecture patterns and enterprise solution design • Experience working in Agile or Scrum delivery environments • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders • Microsoft Power Platform certifications such as PL-100, PL-200, or PL-400 preferred • PL-600 preferred but not required • Azure or security-focused certifications are a plus • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Secret clearance, depending on program requirements • U.S. citizenship is required
