📋 Description

• Collaborate with Cyber teams to maintain and monitor system availability, performance, and logs using enterprise tools • Build automation workflows using industry standards • Support software, simulation, and hardware development engineers • Integrate and maintain DevSecOps processes • Implement automated testing in CI/CD pipelines • Deploy and manage containerization, cloud, virtualization, and Infrastructure as Code environments • Travel up to 10% domestically to other RTX locations

🎯 Requirements

• Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) • Minimum 10 years of prior relevant experience • Experience supporting engineers in software, simulations, and hardware development • Experience integrating and maintaining DevSecOps processes using Atlassian Jira/Confluence, GitLab, CloudBees CI (Jenkins), and JFrog Artifactory or similar tools • Knowledge of implementing automated testing in CI/CD pipelines • Experience with Docker, Podman, Kubernetes, and Helm • Strong foundation in Agile software development • Familiarity with U.S. government cybersecurity regulations and standards, including NIST 800-171, FIPS, and DFARS • Cross-platform development experience with RHEL (CentOS/Rocky) 8+ and Windows • Experience with artifact repositories, supply chain security scanning, and secrets management • Skills in cloud deployment, virtualization, and Infrastructure as Code automation using Terraform modules and Ansible playbooks • Experience with Python, Bash, Groovy, and Ruby • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued Top Secret security clearance • U.S. citizenship required • Preferred: Linux OS certification such as RHCSA/LPIC • Preferred: Splunk/Zabbix, HPC environments, Kickstart, enterprise virtualization/cloud infrastructure certifications, network protocols, telecommunications systems, signal processing, and active transferable TS/SCI clearance
