📋 Description

• Proporcionar soporte L3 en Java • Hacer cambios de código en producción y verificar procesos • Colaborar con el equipo para cumplir con los objetivos del soporte • Monitorear y mantener sistemas en producción • Documentar problemas y soluciones para futuros referencias

🎯 Requirements

• Exp: 7-10 años de experiencia práctica en desarrollo • Experiencia avanzada en Java/j2ee (Rest api, servlet, JavaScript/html, jsp, jdbc, struts, Hibernate, Spring) • Experiencia avanzada en trabajar con servidores multi servidor/Tier: Tomcat, Jboss, WebSphere y Weblogic • Experiencia avanzada en bases de datos (DB2, Oracle y Sybase) • Experiencia media a avanzada en Unix y scripts (shell/perl) • Buena experiencia en herramientas de monitoreo de schedulers (Autosys, procmon, crontab) • Experiencia avanzada con IDEs como Eclipse, NetBeans • Experiencia media a avanzada en uso de Git, Jenkins y otros repositorios/implementables • Experiencia media a avanzada en modelo de soporte (L2+/L3) • Buena exposición a herramientas de producción (ticking/monitoring) como Jira, ServiceNow y procesos (familiar con Incident/problem) y gestión de cambios • Experiencia en hacer cambios de código (Java, Unix, DB) en producción y capaz de ejecutar pasos de extremo a extremo según el proceso SDLC
