• Drive customers' adoption of WordPress and other Automattic products. • Lead technical and product strategy discussions. • Provide strategic technical guidance and advocacy to customers. • Develop close relationships with customers to understand their needs. • Motivated by impact through various projects and partnerships. • Manage projects, timelines, and key stakeholders. • Experience with influencing customer outcomes, collaboration, and problem-solving. • Lead customer engagements, conduct service reviews, and empower customers. • Work with team members to support renewals and expansion opportunities. • Conduct kick-off calls, manage risks, and work with web technologies.

Requirements

• Influencing customer outcomes, analyzing metrics, and tracking interactions. • Collaborating with team members to support renewals and expansions. • Gauging customers' engagement levels and providing feedback. • Creating structure in ambiguous situations and designing effective processes. • Leading customer on-sites and empowering them to achieve success. • Effective problem-solving, conflict resolution, and context-switching. • Distilling and accomplishing goals into concrete next steps. • Managing risks in high stakes situations. • Conducting kick-off calls and aligning stakeholders. • Working with WordPress or other web technologies. • Bonus for software development and architecture experience.
