• Serve as a cornerstone of growth for MBO Partners by leveraging consulting talent • Identify opportunities to introduce and place independent professionals into organizations • Conduct daily outreach to hiring managers within Fortune 1000 client base • Document outcomes in CRM system to track progress and inform strategies • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them in crafting effective job descriptions • Negotiate and help close clients and candidates on project engagement details • Work closely with Enterprise Solutions and Lead Generation teams to refine outreach strategies • Manage and/or mentor a small team of recruiters
• A minimum of 5 years of experience, preferably in contract placement or consultant assignments in the staffing industry • Proven track record in business development or sales, with a preference for staffing experience in professional services, technology, or financial services industries • Exceptional ability to communicate, negotiate, and build rapport • Strategic mindset for identifying and pursuing growth opportunities • Proficiency in CRM software and data-driven sales strategies
