Description

• Sales Executive role focused on sales to insurance retailing agencies and brokerages. • Remote role based anywhere in the continental United States. • Significant amount of time spent traveling (up to 50%). • Develop leads and prospects to identify potential new clients. • Increase visibility and develop relationships that can lead to new business. • Pursue strategic alliances to help generate new leads and prospects. • Assess client needs and develop proposals that demonstrate ReSource Pro services as solutions. • Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients. • Manage the prospective client relationship through signing of the contract and transition to client integration. • Develop strategic solution proposals and recommendations to present to clients. • Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information. • Recommend changes in products, services, and sales process.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • 5-7 years sales experience with demonstrated sales history in the U.S. • 5-7 years insurance agency/carrier experience. • Selling software as a service/SaaS experience within the insurance industry preferred. • Consultative sales skills and territory management. • Customer focus and goal orientation. • Prospecting skills. • Product and operational knowledge. • Superior presentation skills.
