Description

• The Managing Director of Operations is responsible for the optimized deployment of the professional services (Delivery) team • Ensure smooth running agency operations • Lead the Delivery team in improving productivity and consistently producing high-quality work and profitable revenue growth • Evolve service delivery model to support growth and maintain customer experience • Set Delivery standards for professional services, partnerships, and resource utilization • Collaborate with CFO for cash flow and revenue maximization • Define outside Consultant relationship model • Oversee agency Operating System and agency objectives • Influence decisions on agency strategy, culture, investor relationships, and acquisition targets

Requirements

• Over 15 years of experience in Project Management or Operations for Professional Services • Experience in professional services and manufacturing • Methodical, organized, and passionate about improving productivity • Able to define clear, simple, and repeatable processes • High level of intelligence and critical thinking • Understand software, including AI, for productivity • Experience with OS models like OKR, 4DX, Rockefeller Habits • Able to organize and deploy professional services for best-of-class work • Driven to hit gross margin targets and scale effectively • Proactively responds to matters • Pays attention to operational health and details
