Description

• Lead the Customer Success team in delivering exceptional client experiences • Drive product adoption and client satisfaction • Manage client relationships, renewals, and expansions • Act as a client consultant, advocate, and voice internally • Analyze client data and provide actionable insights • Contribute to product roadmap planning • Provide top-level service to a growing client base • Comfortable with issue management and problem-solving • Work in a collaborative and evolving sales environment

Requirements

• 3+ years of client success experience • SAAS expertise • Start-up experience • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders • Background in dental, DSO, healthcare, digital therapeutics or digital healthcare • Proven track record of exceeding ARR goals and client satisfaction • Strong customer data analysis skills • Strong communication and presentation skills • Ability to work on cross-functional teams • Willingness to travel • Comfort with ambiguity and rapid changes • Growth mindset
