📋 Description

• Lead a technical implementation team in all aspects of solution deployment • Facilitate workshops, develop solutions, and build stakeholder consensus for timely delivery aligned to business value • Develop conceptual solution architecture using standard and custom applications for end-to-end customer solutions • Lead and support development of requirements specifications, use cases, and functional specifications • Perform solution analysis and develop customer-facing proposals and statements of work • Transform customer requirements into technical solutions using the Aras Innovator suite • Lead or participate in Proof of Concept engagements for key prospects • Provide methodology and tool input to the professional services team • Coach and mentor team members • Assign tasks and review team work products for accuracy and consistency • Supervise and manage project teams, including onsite or offshore technical teams

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering (or equivalent experience) • Minimum of 10 years of PLM deployment experience • Proven track record leading large, enterprise PLM software deployments in a Consultant/Architect role • Demonstrated experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira and VS Team Services • Experience in Automotive, Consumer Products, High Tech Electronics, Aerospace, or Shipbuilding • Industry knowledge of Engineering Change processes, Phase Gate Project Management, Quality systems processes, DFMEA, PFMEA, CAPA, Manufacturing Process Planning, and CMII change management • Must be able to travel 50%, primarily regional with frequent 1–2 day trips as required • Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States • Thorough understanding of large-scale enterprise application deployment methodologies and experience leading teams in an Agile/Scrum environment • Ability to write clear Requirements, SOW, Specification documents, and Use Cases • Technical proficiency with data modeling, SQL Server, Microsoft Office, SQL scripting (Transact-SQL), SQL triggers, stored procedures, and functions • Proficiency with C# (.NET), JavaScript, HTML, XML, and XSL • Experience with data migration techniques from legacy systems • Strong project management, planning, problem-solving, decision-making, organization, communication, interpersonal, presentation, and relationship-building skills • Ability to work with minimal supervision and support multiple concurrent projects
