📋 Description

• Design and develop customized solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment, including Customer Service and Sales modules • Lead coding, unit testing, and debugging of applications • Manage development efforts for Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects • Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards • Serve as the primary technical contact for Dynamics 365 discussions • Mentor and guide junior developers on best practices and technical skills • Analyze and resolve technical issues • Perform root cause analysis and provide long-term solutions • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications

🎯 Requirements

• 4–5 years of experience in a similar role • Minimum of 4–5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 development • Experience leading development teams and managing complex projects • Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, or similar programming languages • Strong understanding of Azure services, integration capabilities, and application lifecycle management • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Sales modules • Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are advantageous but not mandatory • Excellent communication skills • Strong analytical skills and proactive problem-solving approach
