📋 Description

• Develop and modernize applications, including migration to cloud environments • Work within Agile/Scrum teams using Rally to manage and update user stories and tasks throughout 3-week sprints • Analyze and implement user stories to meet functional and non-functional requirements • Write clean, maintainable code with comprehensive unit tests • Enforce unit testing and code coverage standards before GitLab commits and merges • Implement and maintain reusable, standardized components • Collaborate with developers, testers, product owners, and stakeholders • Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives • Complete sprint tasks on time with minimal defects and communicate status and blockers • Demonstrate completed work, obtain acceptance, and incorporate feedback • Monitor and respond to emails and team communications • Identify, prevent, and resolve defects before production release • Share technical and domain knowledge to mentor teammates • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts, frameworks, and tools • Create and execute test plans with coverage and traceability • Implement and execute performance tests • Conduct exploratory testing • Analyze test results, document defects, and drive timely resolution

🎯 Requirements

• Related Bachelor’s Degree • 7+ years of related experience • Must be AWS Certified • Strong hands-on full-stack development experience • Experience with backend services, microservices, and web application capabilities • 7+ years of Java/J2EE experience; Java 19 or higher preferred • 7+ years of Spring Boot experience • Experience building backend applications and/or models using Spring/Spring Boot • Experience with Java REST APIs and microservices • Angular 19+ • 5+ years of AWS experience with ECS, Docker images, and cluster deployment • Experience with ECR/Docker • 2+ years of Oracle 19 SQL and PL/SQL and/or PostgreSQL experience • Ability to write and understand SQL queries • Experience in federal Agile, remote environments • Experience with Rally or Jira • Experience with Terraform and GitLab pipeline configuration • Experience with Node/NPM, Gradle/Maven, GitLab Runner, and Docker • Experience with JUnit and Karma testing frameworks • REST Web Services experience • Experience with Single Sign-On/Okta • Current Public Trust preferred • Ability to work East Coast core hours, Monday-Friday, 9am-4pm
