• 4+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or consulting • Enterprise SaaS experience preferred • Strong problem-solving skills and high emotional intelligence • Ability to build trust and communicate effectively with various stakeholders • Bachelor's degree from a 4-year institution • Experience with technical products and services
