Description

• Work closely with top customers to customize Samsara for their needs and become their long-term partner • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Support, Sales Engineering, and Product teams • Help customers improve safety, efficiency, and sustainability of their operations with Samsara's IoT platform • Conduct joint success plans, executive business reviews, and workshops with customers • Mentor wider Customer Success and Support teams

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or consulting • Enterprise SaaS experience preferred • Strong problem-solving skills and high emotional intelligence • Ability to build trust and communicate effectively with various stakeholders • Bachelor's degree from a 4-year institution • Experience with technical products and services
