📋 Description

• Manage a sprint team of software engineers, including people management and delivery • Manage integration specialists building and maintaining connectors to customer ERP and business applications • Own the technical roadmap, delivery, quality, and operational health of Fastpath Access Governance services • Lead bringing Fastpath Access Governance capabilities natively to the Delinea Platform • Partner with PM, UX, and Architecture in a Scrum model to shape requirements, propose technical solutions, and drive architectural decisions • Drive adoption of AI coding assistants, design tools, and test automation • Establish standards for AI-assisted engineering • Build a team culture that supports high-quality work and career growth • Report directly to the Engineering Director

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field • 5+ years of experience managing Agile engineering teams • Strong track record of delivery and team development • 5+ years of hands-on software development • Deep fluency in .NET/C# or comparable backend technologies • Strong technical skills and experience making architecture decisions in distributed systems • Experience building and operating cloud-native services on Azure or AWS at scale • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Experience using AI coding assistants, AI design tools, and AI-based test automation • Experience in identity governance, access management, or security software is a plus • Experience with segregation of duties, access certification, or audit and compliance workflows is a plus • Experience building or integrating with ERP, HCM, or CRM systems is a plus • Experience with Oracle, NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Workday, or Salesforce APIs and permission models is a plus • Experience owning third-party integrations at scale is a plus • Experience scaling engineering teams in a fast-growing SaaS or enterprise software environment is a plus • Experience setting AI-first engineering practices is a plus • Depth in .NET, Kubernetes, and Azure is a plus • Must not require any type of US work authorization now or in the future
