📋 Description

• Design and develop Java-based applications and microservices • Build scalable solutions for high-performance transaction systems • Develop and support event-driven applications and integrations using Apache Kafka • Participate in Agile planning, estimations, and design sessions • Partner with product and project teams to provide technical estimates and updates • Troubleshoot complex production and system issues • Drive development tasks independently with minimal supervision • Collaborate with distributed teams across multiple time zones • Report critical issues clearly and proactively • Support system architecture and hands-on development • Conduct peer code reviews and mentor junior developers • Ensure adherence to security standards and best practices

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of software development experience • Strong expertise in Java, J2EE, JDBC, Spring, and Spring Boot • Experience building web services using SOAP/REST and microservices architecture • Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka and event-driven/messaging architectures • Experience with Struts, Spring MVC, and ESB technologies such as Camel/Fuse • Knowledge of OAuth2, SAML, and OpenID authentication protocols • Front-end development experience with JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, and modern frameworks • Experience with Git, SVN, Maven, Bamboo, and Jenkins • Ability to write optimized Oracle SQL queries • Knowledge of system design, architecture, and security best practices • Ability to solve complex technical problems and learn new technologies quickly • Ability to work with distributed teams and manage priorities independently • At least 3+ years of U.S.-based experience • 10+ years of overall industry experience • Preferred: Azure configurations, AWS, Hibernate, Spring Batch, Airflow or similar data processing tools, and healthcare/Medicaid/claims/pharmacy benefits/insurance platforms
