📋 Description

• Design, build, and sustain secure, cloud-native applications in Azure Government • Deliver applications end-to-end across user interfaces, backend services, APIs, microservices, and containerized cloud deployments • Work directly with government clients, stakeholders, and occasionally end users to define requirements • Translate business and HR-focused needs into technical solutions • Develop and modify application logic using .NET Core and Angular/TypeScript • Build and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices, including Golang-based services • Deploy applications using containerized architectures on Azure Government platforms • Participate in DevOps and DevSecOps practices, including CI/CD pipeline development, automated testing, security scanning, configuration management, and infrastructure-aware application design • Design applications with security, compliance, scalability, and performance in mind • Address STIG requirements, logging, auditing, identity management, and data protection controls in federal HR environments

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field • Must be able to pass a tier 1 DOD background investigation • Experience with .NET Core / ASP.NET Core (C#) • Experience with Angular and TypeScript • Experience designing and integrating REST APIs • Experience with microservices and backend architecture • Experience with Go (Golang) for microservices • Experience with data stores • Experience with Azure Government Cloud • Experience with containerized application development • Infrastructure awareness • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps practices • Source control knowledge • STIG awareness is a differentiator • Experience building applications that pass ATO scrutiny
