📋 Description

• Develop and maintain DevOps practices and infrastructure for a large, highly available Electricity Market Management System • Lead the evolution of on-premise, container-based deployment infrastructures, including CI/CD pipelines and security chain-of-custody protocols • Architect and maintain build infrastructures using Ansible, Maven, Jenkins, and Artifactory • Evaluate and integrate new infrastructure tooling • Advise customers on infrastructure-as-code methodologies and support on-site product deployment • Implement, integrate, and validate system changes with internal software developers • Provide technical oversight through the project lifecycle, including monitoring, defect resolution, and performance optimization • Troubleshoot complex technical issues, document resolution guides, and track systemic issues • Serve as the technical interface between product development, external customers, and project teams • Apply and evolve execution methodologies in accordance with governance and security standards • Mentor team members on DevOps best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field from an accredited university • Minimum of 5 years of experience in on-premise deployment, DevOps (CI/CD), software development, or enterprise system integration • 3 years of experience managing Kubernetes deployments and microservices architecture • Willingness to travel 10–20% of the time • Hands-on expertise with ArgoCD, Helm Charts, and high-scale RedHat Linux-based environments • Experience with enterprise logging/monitoring tools such as Splunk, Elasticsearch, Kibana, Prometheus, or Jaeger • Knowledge of Oracle RDBMS, PostgreSQL, and Kafka messaging frameworks • Understanding of Java, Spring Boot, TypeScript/JavaScript, and RESTful API design • Exposure to OpenShift, Docker, and container orchestration at scale • Proven track record of anticipating technical risks and resolving obstacles proactively • Ability to translate complex business needs into prioritized technical requirements • Documented experience leading technical teams and improving team output • Ability to independently resolve issues across complex software systems and mission-critical infrastructure • Shortlisted candidates are subject to heightened security checks as directed by clients
