📋 Description

• Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications for assigned features • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate requirements into technical specifications • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code • Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests • Contribute to system enhancements • Participate in code reviews and seek feedback • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues and bugs • Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability • Reinforce development processes, standards, and coding practices • Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes, tools, and methodologies • Use approved AI-assisted tools for software development, testing, documentation, troubleshooting, and analysis • Validate AI-generated outputs for correctness, security, maintainability, compliance, and business appropriateness • Follow policies for AI usage, intellectual property, security, privacy, PHI handling, and Responsible AI • Participate in peer reviews and validation of AI-assisted solutions

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of professional software development experience using C#, Java, Python, or JavaScript • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft and .NET technologies, specifically .NET Core, C#, and T-SQL • Experience building RESTful APIs using ASP.NET • Working knowledge of relational database development, preferably SQL Server • Familiarity with xUnit, NUnit, or MSTest • Familiarity with NLog, log4net, or Serilog • Familiarity with Dapper, Entity Framework, or NHibernate • Strong understanding of software design principles, algorithms, and data structures • Familiarity with Git-based version control and collaborative coding workflows, including pull requests • Familiarity with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud • Familiarity with Docker or Kubernetes • Ability to work independently and as part of a globally distributed team • Strong communication skills and ability to articulate technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience • High-speed internet over 10 Mbps at home • Government-issued photo ID submission and identity verification • Comprehensive background check • In-person I-9 verification • May be subject to drug screening prior to employment • Must not use artificial intelligence tools during interviews
