📋 Description

• Lead optimization of AI-enabled SDLC practices across development teams • Coordinate AI-assisted coding, code review, testing, documentation, and requirements refinement • Design, develop, and maintain scalable microservices architectures • Implement microservices best practices including service isolation, fault tolerance, and API design • Lead SecDevOps implementation across the software development lifecycle • Automate deployment pipelines, infrastructure provisioning, and security testing using Jenkins, Terraform, and SonarQube • Design, deploy, and manage AWS cloud environments • Optimize cloud infrastructure for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency using EC2, S3, Lambda, and RDS • Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams • Mentor junior developers, conduct reviews, and facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions • Integrate microservices with existing systems and third-party APIs • Ensure interoperability and compatibility across business ecosystem components • Implement security controls and measures with security teams • Support security assessments and audits

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree preferred • 10+ years of related experience • 10+ years of hands-on experience in full stack software development • Experience with Java J2EE, Spring/Spring Boot, and API microservices architecture • Proven experience with AI-enabled SDLC • Experience devising and executing comprehensive technology roadmaps • Strong leadership skills and experience building high-performing technology teams • Ability to lead or support organizational change initiatives • Expertise in SecDevOps practices and tools including Docker, Apache Maven, and JBoss Enterprise Application Platform • Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and infrastructure management • Strong programming skills in Java • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control, and automated testing frameworks • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills • No visa sponsorship provided • US citizenship is not required • MBI (T2) public trust requirement • Less than 10% travel required
